Shipping Policy
We have the standard 1 to 2 day door to door delivery service @ RM6.50 if close to store. The actual fee will be calculated based on your address.

Refund Policy
Refund/Replacement will be processed on the condition: Product is checked and returned to the delivery person at the point of delivery.
If product damaged, return applicable during received time only. To be sent back with the courier again within 24 hours after receiving the product. Exchange of product OR Refund is subject to investigation, and proof of image needed before and after package.
